Mandatory Grade 9 Survey
of Learning Skills
Your username is your 9 digit student number.
Your password for the survey is your last name
(with proper capitalization).
Please answer the survey honestly and completely
and click on the most correct answer for each question.
The goal is to use the results of this learning styles survey to provide all Grade 9 teachers with
individual and class profiles to inform instructional practice. Completing this survey allows us to work together to meet the learning needs of our students in several ways. First, it gives us an overview of all our Grade 9 students' learning styles. Second, this information can be combined with reading and writing data to determine how best to support students in the classroom.
