Period A writes 8:15 AM	Period B Writes 8:15 AM	Period C Writes 8:15 AM	Period D Writes 8:15 AM	Inclement Weather- buses cancelled back-up day
Bus Delay Period A writes 10:15 AM	Bus Delay Period B writes 10:15 AM	Bus Delay Period C writes 10:15 AM	Bus Delay Period D writes 10:15 AM

Bus Delay Schedule:

In case of a bus delay notice, the single writing block gets moved to 10:15 that same morning.

Bus Cancellation Schedule:

Please do not schedule to be away ahead of time on Friday Jan 29^th as the day is part of the

exam block and may need to be used to get exams in due to poor weather and bus cancellations.

If buses are cancelled then the whole schedule moves one day forward.

ie. a Tuesday Jan 26^th bus cancellation means Period B writes at 8:15 AM on Wednesday Jan 27^th,

Period C then moves 8:15 on Thursday Jan 28 and so on.
