This course examines communications systems and
design and production processes in one or more of the
areas of electronic, live, and graphic communications.
Students will independently create, manage, and
distribute complex graphic, electronic, or audio-visual
projects. Students will also study industry standards
and regulations and health and safety issues, and will
explore careers, the importance of life long learning,
and the impact of communication technology on society
and the environment. This course will focus on the areas
of photography, graphic design, computer animation, video
and audio production.
